About

They Dead is an American independent rock trio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formed in 2012, the group consists of singer and guitarist Bryan Knisley, drummer Ian Prince, and bassist Kate Clements. The band’s sound has evolved from melodic guitar-based rock to a leaner, more abrasive style, influenced by the members’ collective histories in the Twin Cities music scene and the socio-political climate of the mid-2020s.

The band recorded their second album at the Hideaway Studios in Minneapolis with engineer Joe Mabbott, and plan on an October 2026 vinyl and digital release.
